Our company has consistently adhered to a people-oriented development philosophy, actively improving our trade union system, comprehensively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of our employees, paying close attention to their personal development needs, and emphasizing their sense of happiness and ownership. Our employee membership rate is 100%, and in 2010, our trade union was recognized as an “Advanced Trade Union” in Shangyu District.

The company has fully leveraged the functions and roles of its trade union, achieving notable results in safeguarding employees’ interests, delivering practical and meaningful assistance to employees, and carrying out warmth-boosting activities. First, the union pays close attention to employees’ physical and mental well-being. Whenever there are joyous or sorrowful occasions in employees’ families or when an employee falls ill, the union consistently visits their homes to offer comfort and support. During major holidays such as National Day, New Year’s Day, and Spring Festival, providing care and support to employees facing difficulties has become a regular activity of the company’s trade union. Second, the union actively creates favorable conditions to enrich employees’ leisure lives by organizing regular outings and excursions for staff. Third, the union shows special concern for employees facing hardship and carries out “warmth-delivery” initiatives. During various festivals, the union conducts慰问 visits, doing everything possible to improve employees’ welfare, help them resolve their difficulties, and enable them to focus wholeheartedly on their work without any worries.
